Snuggs is an innovative period underwear brand that combines comfort, sustainability, and support for individuals during their menstrual cycle. In partnership with the Snuggs team, I was responsible for managing and refining their social media presence, with a particular focus on Instagram. My work involved transitioning the content strategy from primarily product-centric posts to more relevant and impactful discussions surrounding menstruation, women's health, and self-care.
Key Responsibilities & Strategic Goals
Social Media Management: Developed and implemented a comprehensive content strategy to ensure consistency across all posts while enhancing the brand's voice. Focused on crafting visually appealing content that connected with Snuggs' target audience, aligning with their values of empowerment and well-being.
Campaign Coordination: Worked closely with freelance healthcare professionals to develop and implement educational blogs, social media posts, and other content focused on menstruation, menstrual health, and self-care. This collaboration helped Snuggs establish itself as a credible and informative voice within the menstrual care space.
Copywriting: Produced clear, engaging, and informative copy for Instagram, ensuring each post resonated with the brand’s tone while fostering a deeper connection with the audience. This included educational posts that highlighted trending and important topics related to women’s health.
Elevate Content Quality and Relevance: Transitioned the content focus from simple product explanations to more engaging, informative, and relevant discussions on menstruation and women’s health, aimed at fostering greater brand awareness and audience loyalty.
Position snuggs as an Industry Leader: Through collaboration with healthcare professionals, we provided valuable educational resources that positioned snuggs not only as a product provider but also as a thought leader in the menstrual health space.
